Red's Training Plan Packages

Includes: Training Plan for your race, 3 weekly group workouts, social events,

Group work times: (locations vary. see calendar)
Tuesday Run's 6-7 AM
Thursday 5:45 PM (beginner focused though all are welcome and will get an appropriate workout)
Saturday 8 AM bike rides
