What distinguishes the best coaches from the rest?
- Andre Agassi
Coaching is not what you know. It’s what your student learns.
And for your student to learn, you have to learn him/her.
I think the greats spend a lot of time understanding where the
player [athlete] is. The day they stop learning is the day they
should stop teaching.

During the clinics, we cover the basics of swim technique, getting
faster, & open water swimming. We analyze your swim stroke to
determine what you should focus on in the water to prepare you for
the upcoming triathlon season. These clinics are a great way to ensure
you use your time in the pool during the off season productively.
Clinics are for all levels.
*price increases are due to increased costs on our end - however,
clinics are now capped at 4 people instead of 8.
The amazing part about The Reds is the athletes willing to step up and give triathlon a go. Never underestimate an athlete by how they look or the amount of time in the sport. Every race you attend will show you anything is possible and everyone can do this. Triathlon is a lifetime achievement and, as with anything in life, big hairy challenges promises opportunity and the discovery of greatness.
