General Itinerary Saturday: 6:30 AM - noon > Ride in Lawrence (Ride start at 6:30 AM at Clinton Lake - here)
Sunday: 6:30-9:45 AM Run in Prairie Village* 10 AM DM 70.3 discussion + breakfast *so that we can all be done at a similar time (and be ready for breakfast together ;), we will have a rolling run start > aim to be finished by 9:45 > so start your run at the time you need in order to finish by 9:45....then come to breakfast! ;) Breakfast will be 10 - 11 AM at Caffetteriria in Prairie Village During Breakfast we will go over race plans for DM 70.3!

This is not a Reds Camp - it's an annual 'festival' put on in Arkansas each year > is a great training weekend for those doing a fall Ironman race (or those looking for a fun event).
Athletes can sign up for all or part of the event.
Friday - super sprint triathlon Saturday - Ride > 20 - 100 mile options Sunday - 10K run (of course you can add distance...Iron athletes)
