Full Body Full Body Massages can be tailored for relaxation (lighter pressure) or sports / therapeutic (deeper pressure) treatment. Spot Specific Treatments Intended for areas that need a bit of extra attention. Spot specific work can be a stand alone treatment or be worked into a full body massage. Examples of frequent requests: Neck & Shoulders, Neck/Head & Jaw, Neck through Hips, Low Back & Gluts, lower leg (calves, ankles, feet) Costs: 30 Minutes (by request only - 913-406-6377) - $45 (Jan 2025 - $50) 60 Minutes - $70 (January 2025 - $75) 75 Minutes - $85 (January 2025 - $90) 90 Minutes - $95 (January 2025 - $100) Scheduling and Cancelations Scheduling can be done on-line, by texting 913-406-6377, or emailing us here. Thank you! Cancelations must be done 24 hours in advance or the service will be billed in full. Appointment Times*: Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays 12 - 6 PM Not seeing a time that works for you? The Therapist
Liz has been practicing massage since 2003 when she graduated from the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Kailua, Hawai'i with a focus on sports and therapeutic massage. She spent many years working in Physical Therapy and Doctor offices as well as with the Kansas City Chiefs before going out on her own. Currently Liz works with a variety of clients on managing soft tissue issues arising from sport and life stress - please give us a shout if you have questions and/or think we might be able to help you :)
