This really helped me understand how our nervous system is imprinted w/ it's patterns at a very young age from things we don't necessarily remember - but that we can also change that. (it's hard work but possible which is hopeful)
Enneagram - I did hire Danni - that Enneagram coach which was helpful to me > Deep Waters Enneagram [email protected]
The biggest thing I took from this is looking not just at what our behaviors are but what is DRIVING our behavior.....apparently I want to live in a bunker w/ 2000 cans of tuna and a lightsabor
Adult Child Podcast - AMAZING. She is our people - refers to herself and her followers as the shit shows lol. Adult Child is a term first introduced in the 1980s around Adult Children of Alcoholics - she broadens the terms to really include a range of adults who grew up w/ wackado parenting but I personally think this podcast is applicable to many humans regardless. She interviews different kinds of therapists and it's incredibly helpful. Some really amazing people.

The Hubberman Lab is another podcast which has some really interesting science podcasts (done in an accessible way) aroudn the brain and trauma, anxiety, mindfulness - you name it, he's prob got it. They are long casts but I love them if the brain part of stuff interests you.

Complex PTSD from Surviving to Thriving by Peter Walker (this is a big one - I am halfway through listening to it - I bought the soft cover but it looks overwhelming lol)
Brene Brown - Atlas of the Heart (names many emotions which is helpful)

omg! how did I forget this one - How to do the Work.....honestly, this might be the one to start with - this and the everything isn't terrible book ....she's fantastic (might look her on instagram too)...those were 2 of the first ones I read that hit home for me? doesn't mean they will for you - but it's hard to know where to start b/c it's like you don't even have the language to konw what you're looking for.......
