Internal Family Systems is a type of therapy that
has exploded in the past few years with good reason.
We have a unique chance to use this in a sport psychology
context to learn how to pinpoint our own specific mental
struggles around training / racing and to develop skills
to manage these thoughts in real time before they
sabotage us. It's not about NOT having fearful or sabotaging
thoughts - these are part of the human experience. Rather,
"It's about learning to manage the shit-kickers between our ears" ;)

2 athletes : 1 coach
Similar to swim lessons, these one hour small
group clinics allow for individualized coaching
for triathletes aiming to improve technique,
speed or stamina in the water.
All Levels welcome.
